1. Acceptance of terms

By using cosmiccub.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms over time — when we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the change.

2. What Cosmic Cub is

Cosmic Cub generates astrological readings for children and families. The readings are intended for awareness, reflection, and connection. They are not predictions, medical advice, mental-health advice, or professional parenting guidance from a credentialed practitioner. We don't promise outcomes. We don't tell you what your child will do or who they'll become. We offer a lens, gently held.

3. Birth data

To generate a reading, we collect birth information — date, time, and place — for each profile, including children. This data is provided by you, the parent or guardian. We treat birth data of minors with extra care.

• We do not sell birth data.
• We do not share birth data with advertisers or any third party beyond what is needed to operate the Service (calculation engine, storage, AI generation).
• You can request deletion of any birth data by emailing hello@cosmiccub.com.

4. Account & responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. We can only compute accurate charts with accurate birth data — please give us the most precise time and place you have.

5. Payments & no-refund policy

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store credit-card numbers on our servers.

Because each reading is generated specifically for you and your child, we do not offer refunds. If anything technical goes sideways — the reading didn't generate, the link is broken, your account got mixed up — email hello@cosmiccub.com and we'll make it right within 24 hours.

6. AI-generated content

Cosmic Cub readings are produced through an internal proprietary interpretation system based on the founder's interpretive framework and carried out by an LLM AI system. Precise astronomical calculations are made with an internal tool digesting data from Swiss Ephemeris. Occasional errors, oddities, or moments of "that doesn't quite fit" are possible. Readings are a starting point for reflection, not a final word.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Scrape, copy, or resell content from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer the interpretive system.
• Use the Service to harm anyone, including yourself.
• Submit someone else's birth data without their permission (or without parental consent in the case of a minor).

8. Intellectual property

All Cosmic Cub branding, design, written framework, and visual world is © 2026 Cosmic Cub. The birth data you provide remains yours. The reading text generated for you is yours to read, save, and share with people you love — but please don't republish it as your own work or use it as such.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that readings will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Cub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Cosmic Cub readings are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or professional parenting advice. If your child needs professional care, please consult a credentialed practitioner.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, scrape content, or violate these terms. You can close your own account anytime by emailing hello@cosmiccub.com.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Service changes meaningfully. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
